The Mission
What is the Abu Dhabi Finance Week Executive Trade Mission?
A curated executive delegation built around Abu Dhabi Finance Week 2026. Delegates take part in Abu Dhabi Finance Week with access passes arranged by the mission, and the mission adds its own program: the Hedge Fund Association Reception, the Gateway Leaders' Dinner at the Royal Rose, curated one on one meetings and coordinated access to the week's side events.
Who organizes and operates the mission?
Dubai Ventures LLC organizes and operates the mission. The Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai is the Supporting Partner. Delegate seats are confirmed individually by Dubai Ventures LLC.
What is the Hedge Fund Association Reception, and who organizes it?
The Hedge Fund Association Reception is a Hedge Fund Association event organized by Dubai Ventures. Nick Naamou, Founder & Managing Partner of Dubai Ventures, serves as Regional Director for the Middle East of the Hedge Fund Association. The Hedge Fund Association is not a partner of Dubai Ventures. The Reception is held on Tuesday, December 8, venue to be announced, and is the centerpiece evening of the mission.
When does the mission take place?
December 6 to 11, 2026, with check in on Sunday, December 6. Abu Dhabi Finance Week runs December 7 to 10 in Abu Dhabi, and the Hedge Fund Association Reception is on the evening of December 8 in Dubai.
How many delegates are accepted?
The delegation is curated, with decision makers only. Places are limited and every delegate affects the quality of the room.
Is this the same as attending Abu Dhabi Finance Week?
No. The mission is built around Abu Dhabi Finance Week and is additive to conference attendance. Delegates take part in the week with access passes arranged by the mission, and the mission adds the Reception, the Gateway Leaders' Dinner, curated one on one meetings and the side event access.

Who is this mission designed for?
Senior decision makers in alternatives, asset management, private capital, family offices, fintech and digital assets, and organizations seeking Gulf capital or partners for their own markets.
Do I need to attend the full program?
Yes. The whole delegation follows the full program, December 6 to 11.

Can I send a colleague or team member instead of attending myself?
Each seat is confirmed to a named executive after a discovery call. If a colleague is the right person to attend, they apply in their own name and we confirm fit on a call with them.
The Program
What does the mission include?
Five nights five-star accommodation in Abu Dhabi, executive ground transport throughout, access passes to Abu Dhabi Finance Week, the Hedge Fund Association Reception, the Gateway Leaders' Dinner, curated one on one introductions, rolling meetings at Abu Dhabi Finance Week, coordinated side event access, concierge coordination and the delegate welcome package.
What are the hosted evenings?
Three invitation-only evenings: the Trade Mission Orientation dinner on arrival, the Hedge Fund Association Reception on Tuesday, December 8, and the Gateway Leaders' Dinner at the Royal Rose on Wednesday, December 9, hosted by Dubai Ventures with the support of the Miami Chamber of Commerce Dubai.
What happens on Tuesday, December 8?
During the day, Abu Dhabi Finance Week with curated one on one meetings. In the evening, the Hedge Fund Association Reception, venue to be announced.
What are the three tracks?
Track 01 Hedge Funds and Asset Managers. Track 02 Private Capital and Family Offices. Track 03 Fintech and Digital Assets. Your track shapes the counterparties we identify for you. The program is shared by the whole delegation.
Where does the delegation stay?
At a five-star hotel in Abu Dhabi for the full week, five nights, December 6 to 11, with executive ground transport throughout. Hotel details are confirmed to registered delegates with the final itinerary.
What is not included?
Airfare of any kind. Nights outside the delegation block, which are arranged directly with the hotel. Abu Dhabi Finance Week events outside the access pass arranged by the mission.
Investment and Payment
What is the delegate investment?
US$6,500 per executive participant, all inclusive except airfare.
What is the Founding Sponsorship investment?
US$9,500 per organization, plus US$6,500 per attending executive, invoiced separately. Founding Sponsorship covers the full mission and includes sponsorship of the Hedge Fund Association Reception, valued at US$5,000. It is an organizational package and does not include a delegate seat.
Can I sponsor the Hedge Fund Association Reception on its own?
Yes. Reception Sponsorship is US$5,000 per sponsor and covers the Reception only: logo and link on the invitations to 30,000+ professionals, the attendee list, a speaking or moderator opportunity, three guest invitations and collaboration on topics and speakers. How is payment made?
Participation is invoiced on confirmation and payable by wire on receipt. Payment by credit card is available on request. Your seat is confirmed on payment.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is set out in the participation agreement issued to accepted delegates.
Application and Process
How do I apply?
Book a discovery call, or submit the application form and we will come back to you within two business days. Every applicant has a discovery call before a place is confirmed.
What happens after I apply?
A discovery call to confirm fit. Where it is a fit, you receive a working outline for your week within 48 hours. We confirm your place against the mission criteria within five business days, your seat is confirmed on payment, and the strategy session finalizes your targets and introductions.
Is there a deadline to apply?
No fixed deadline is published. Places are limited and confirmed in order of commitment, and the mission begins December 6, so applications should be made as early as possible.
